Lopes Enjoy Imóveis is a real estate brokerage based in Rio de Janeiro and part of the Lopes network, the largest real estate group in Brazil. We work across the city — from the beachfront neighborhoods of the Zona Sul to the newer developments in Barra da Tijuca and Recreio dos Bandeirantes.
Our listings come from our own portfolio and are updated several times a day. Every property page shows the price in Brazilian reais with a US dollar reference, areas in square feet, and the monthly charges — condomínio fee and IPTU (municipal property tax) — that a foreign buyer is unlikely to have budgeted for.
We are licensed under CRECI 7780-J. In Brazil, a brokerage must hold a CRECI registration to intermediate a property transaction; you can verify any Brazilian agent or agency by that number.
Most international clients start by video: we walk through the property on a call, in English, before anyone books a flight. If you decide to move forward, we coordinate with the notary (cartório) and the registry office, and we can work with a lawyer of your choosing or recommend one.
You do not need Brazilian residency to buy urban residential property. You do need a CPF, the Brazilian tax ID, which can be requested from abroad through a Brazilian consulate before you arrive.
