Our portfolio is synchronized several times a day. Instead of checking the site every morning, give us your criteria once — type, neighborhood, budget, bedrooms — and we will write to you when something matching is listed.

How to set one up

Send us a message with the four things below and we will register the alert for you. Our self-service form is currently in Portuguese only, which is why this goes through a person for now.

• Property type — apartment, house, penthouse, and whether you are buying or renting.
• Neighborhoods you would consider. More than one is fine.
• Your budget in Brazilian reais, or in US dollars and we will convert it.
• Minimum bedrooms, and anything non-negotiable (parking, ocean view, pet-friendly).

What to expect

It is free.

There is no charge and no obligation. You will not get an automated sales call because you registered an alert.

At most one email a day.

If several matching properties come in on the same day, they arrive grouped in a single message.

Every filter has to match.

We only write when a new listing meets all of your criteria. If that turns out to be too narrow — or too broad — tell us and we will adjust it.

Cancel whenever you like.

Reply to any alert email asking us to stop, and it is switched off.

Your email stays with us.
