Lopes Enjoy Imóveis, a brokerage established in Rio de Janeiro and registered under CRECI 7780-J, at Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 351 — Sala 1209, Ipanema. In Brazil, only a CRECI-registered brokerage may intermediate a property transaction.
You may browse listings, filter them, save favorites in your browser, ask to be contacted by our team, and run financing simulations — at no cost and without creating an account.
Scraping or bulk-extracting data with automated tools, attempting to reach restricted areas of the site, reproducing our photography or editorial content without written permission, and submitting false or abusive content through the contact forms.
Prices, areas, photographs and descriptions are supplied by owners, listing agents, and our property management system. We work to keep them current but do not warrant them. Confirm price, area and condition with an agent before you commit to anything.
The calculator uses the average market rate published monthly by the Central Bank of Brazil. It is an estimate, not a credit offer. The rate you would actually get depends on the lender, your credit profile, the term and the security, assessed individually.
If you arrive through a link carrying a partner agent’s identifier, a cookie records that referral for a limited period so the agent is credited if a deal follows. The current period is stated in the Portuguese terms.
The Lopes Enjoy name, logo, layout, editorial text, neighborhood content and original photography belong to us or our licensors. Reuse requires written permission.

Disputes arising from the terms are subject to the courts of the Comarca da Capital, Rio de Janeiro, without prejudice to the rights Brazilian consumer law gives you.
